Addie's First Thanksgiving

We had a lovely quiet Thanksgiving at home this year. Adam made every single bit of Thanksgiving this year and I ate it :) Addie had several cute Thanksgiving outfits and of course there is photographic evidence :) 

We did end up going to our Friends Adam and Maranda's house that night to hang out and they were already putting up Christmas, it was kinda awesome. Addie played with Carson and Bennett, it was so cute

The scary duck

Addie had her first ear infection with getting her new teeth and she was not feeling good. we were sad that she was sick but we loved all the extra cuddles we got from her. She is feeling much better now :) 

We also go this transition tub, but one thing, she is scared of the duck head. So we have to cover it up for her to use it. This was the first day we tried it out so we kept it on the the washer and dryer, we can now use it in the tub and she is getting more and more used to the giant duck.

Blanket Fort

So Addison keeps thinking she can walk, but she cant quite yet so this leads to lots of falling down and getting frustrated. So we decided to take every single pillow in our house and put them all on the living room floor and just let Addie play. She loved it!! She bounced around and giggled, she was able to fall and tumble without hurting herself. Lots of fun!

And a friend of mine makes hats and she made this super cute owl hat for Addison. I love it!!! I can't wait for snow so she can wear this

Visit Home

We had to go to Vegas this last week to be there for Grandpa Smittie. He was having surgery and the best medicine is Addison :) She did lots of dancing with grandma, crawling everywhere, continuously checking on grandpa in his room, and swinging with Oma.

This was basically how she was all week, crawling like mad down a hallway and chasing after us everywhere we went.

How beautiful is she? I can't get over it sometimes. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful family and such a wonderful baby to love as well :)
